Section 28
<br> to get cooked salary allowance
If the civil servant gets salary and allowance after being paid every month, he will also get allowance.
(2) If a civil servant receives fixed salary and allowances, he shall also receive the allowances even if he is not in the civil service for any reason.
(3) No deduction shall be made from the salary of any civil servant except as provided in this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(4) The salary of a civil servant shall not be suspended while the employee is working or on leave.
